The Google Play Developer API has a default limit of 200,000 queries per day. You can view your quota in the Quotas
section of the Google Cloud Console.
For the purpose of enforcing this quota, the day ends at midnight
Pacific time (UTC-8 when California is on standard time, UTC-7 when
California is on daylight time).
If you need to exceed this limit, you can
submit a quota request for the Google Play Developer API.
