The Sheet Data File is a Google spreadsheet; details on the
row contents can be found in the entity reference pages, including which fields
are available, the type, and if the value is required during an upload. The
first row of the file is always a header row containing the column names.
For types marked as a list, expect the following:
The list is a collection of values.
Each value is separated by a comma (For example, one,two,three,four).
