FieldMask that determines which resource fields are modified in an update.

This is a comma-separated list of fully qualified names of fields. Example: "user.displayName,photo".
Union field operation. The mutate operation. operation can be only one of the following:
create

object (BiddingDataExclusion)

Create operation: No resource name is expected for the new data exclusion.
update

object (BiddingDataExclusion)

Update operation: The data exclusion is expected to have a valid resource name.
remove

Remove operation: A resource name for the removed data exclusion is expected, in this format:

customers/{customerId}/biddingDataExclusions/{dataExclusionId}
