The Things to do platform is committed to providing users with the highest quality products. Both algorithms and a team of experts review products submitted to the platform to ensure that they meet the rigorous standards. When a product issue is identified, the product is taken down immediately.
The take down process follows those steps:
Step 1: The product is reviewed either automatically or manually.
Step 2: If an issue is identified, the product is taken down and the issue appears in the Action Center.
Step 3: You can identify the issue and details on how to fix it on the product details page in the Action Center.
Step 4: The issue is fixed and the feed is updated.
Step 5: You can start the "Request review" process in the TTD Center. You have to choose one of the options:
I fixed the issue
I disagree with the issue (if this is chosen, an additional explanation is required)
Step 6: The product is then sent for review.
Step 7: The outcome of the review process is visible in the TTD Center. If the review was approved, the product is enabled and the issue doesn't appear anymore. If the review was denied, the product remains taken down. Another review can be requested.
